Customer Reviews:
5 out of 5 stars great book   August 23, 2010

quite excellent in helping me and my wife negotiate the rapidly growing body of information. From dagnosis to surgery to treatment takes 2 to 3 weeks. A lot has to be figured out in a very short time. This book proved a valuable resource. Some pain is minimized, but i am sure it is different for all. The book was worth every penny.

4 out of 5 stars Important topic, well done, but...   March 28, 2010

I own this book and enjoyed reading it, even if I don't feel that I learned much of anything from it. It was comprehensive, well written, clearly explained aspects of life beyond the tense months of cancer treatment. All this was fine, but I've read a lot by now so don't know that I really needed it but am glad to have it by my bed anyway.
